New York’s “I’m not rich” book is now available for purchase at the Brooklyn bookstore, and the author is sharing it on social media.
The book was written by Daniel T. Cohen, who is the founder and president of Cohen & Co., a publishing company that focuses on contemporary and historical fiction.
In it, Cohen tells the story of a New Yorker who gets a letter from a wealthy woman in Brooklyn who claims that she is a widow with four young children.
Cohen writes about the letter, but it is also an opportunity to look at how wealth and power are defined in New York.
Cohen tells the New York Post that he and his wife, a New York Times columnist, “want to make the book accessible to people who have never read it before.”
Cohen has a number of other books on the way, including one titled “My Struggle: A History of American Poverty” and another on “The Politics of Poverty.”
