The internet is full of memes, but one that has taken on a life of its own is the hashtag #bikinis.
The term was coined in 2015 by Australian illustrator Anna Bowerman, who shared a graphic with the tag on her Instagram.
It was originally intended as a joke but the hashtag became a viral sensation, with many users using it as a way to describe themselves and their bodies.
“It was a little bit of a turn off because I was used to saying ‘I’m a girl’, but not ‘I want to date a girl’,” Bowermans friend, Lauren Czerny, told ABC News.
Now, it’s a catchphrase that’s become so ubiquitous it has its own Twitter account, with over 300,000 followers.
When asked what’s going on with the trend, Lauren said it’s an interesting one because it doesn’t seem to be a reaction to anything else happening in society.
It’s also an easy one to explain, she said, because it’s easy to make a connection between what you’re talking about and the image that someone is posting.
Bowerman says that when she was younger, she thought it was cute and funny, but it’s not something she’s particularly fond of.
She’s been looking for a new way to express herself online, and she thinks the hashtag has helped.
I think it’s really interesting because it shows people that there are different kinds of people.
If we can take what we’re seeing in society and look at what we see on the internet and talk about it, then we can really connect to each other.
This is a movement that’s going to go on for a long time, so I think it might be the right time to do it.
While Bowermuses work is definitely a lot more professional, Lauren is a very private person, so there’s not a lot of media exposure out there to support her work.
For Lauren, the term is about connecting with others.
“I think that the internet has given us so much in the way of sharing information, but the internet also has given women a way of showing that we’re not alone,” she said.
A lot of the internet is a place for men to share information about their relationships and relationships with women, and that’s where the #bimbo hashtag has really taken off.
Lauren says it’s just about getting out there and showing people that we exist, and we are all in this together.
“And she thinks that with the rise of the #girly hashtag, the trend will continue to grow.”
Because of the fact that we can share our bodies and our sexuality, and the internet can’t stop people from sharing,” she added.
There are so many women out there that are choosing to share their bodies online, but a lot are not willing to go through the whole process.”
It’s really about taking responsibility and showing that our bodies matter,” she explained.
And there are still some people who feel it’s more important to not make people uncomfortable.”
We have to be willing to talk about our bodies, because we can’t be afraid of being seen naked or of making people uncomfortable,” Lauren said.”
There’s so many other people out there doing this, but if you’re going to say something about yourself, you need to be able to show people what you look like and what you feel like.
